Site DMCmagDMC must have an office and a team on location in the destination.   Site DMCmagDMC must have at least one francophone person in his/her team.
Site DMCmagDMC must be covered by a financial guarantee and by a professional liability insurance (or any other document that can attest of its receptive activity in the destination).   Site DMCmagDMC is committed to respect the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism .
Site DMCmagDMC must only offer services he/she can guarantee and secure.   Site DMCmagDMC must offer full care and a high quality service to every client regarless of the number of travellers.
Site DMCmagDMC must respond to any quote or information request within 48h.   Site DMCmagDMC must ensure quality and security on each of ihis/her services and must be accountable for all his/her subcontractors’reliability.
